North Star Behavioral Health is a mental health facility that offers programs in and around the Anchorage Alaska area for children and teens suffering from mental health issues. We also provide treatment at the Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital for first responders, military service members and veterans needing treatment for addiction and/or PTSD, as well as for service member dependents in need of substance abuse treatment.

The Trail Program

The Trail Program provides inpatient acute care for children and teens between the ages of 4 – 18. We are the only program in the entire state of Alaska providing this service to children under the age of 13.
